    Dr. Theresa Tam says that they have discussed the possibility of potentially pre-ordering COVID-19 vaccine doses for Canadians. She said that the government is being advised on Canada’s choice of vaccine options by an independent vaccine task force.     NordStar to acquire Torstar after receiving approval from the Superior Court.
