    A Lenders’ Bid is said to be accepted by Cirque du Soleil

    Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group has restructured under Canadian protection, and has accepted a recapitalization offer from lenders.

    The ad hoc committee of creditors, presented a “credit bid” in order to restart the how they would need to inject at least $300 million of new capital into the live-performance company.
