An island off the coast of Ireland has been sold for over $6.3 million, after buyer saw video tour over WhatsApp of the island with three beaches, seven houses, and a large variety of natural wildlife.
The island named Horse Island, has a total of 157 acres of land that stretches all the way to the Irish mainland. The whole transaction took place through WhatsApp. The anonymous buyer has become part of a number of wealthy people looking to buy private land during COVID-19.
