Jaylen Brown scored 27 points to help the Celtics win Game 3 in the NBA Finals. Throughout this post season, the Celtics have played their best basketball away from home. That has changed against the Golden State Warriors.

Jayson Tatum added 26 points for the Celtics and used the energy of a rowdy TD Garden crowd. The Celtics ended up winning the game 116-100 Wednesday night to take a lead in the series. Marcus Smart scored 24 points and was a defensive threat to the Warriors.

After the game Smart said “Game 2, they brought the heat to us, … For us, that left a bad taste in our mouth because what we hang our hat on is effort on the defensive end and being a physical team. It definitely woke us up a little bit.”
