Today, the Queen welcomed ambassadors from South Korea and Switzerland during a virtual meeting. This was Queen Elizabeth’s first official engagement since spending a night in a hospital and was ordered by her doctors to rest. The queen is 95-years-of-age, the world’s oldest and longest-reigning monarch received treatment at London’s King Edward VII private hospital last Wednesday.

“Preliminary investigations” were unspecified to the public but it is not a COVID-19 related sickness. This was the Queen’s first hospital stay in years and most of the royal officials were confident in her return to Windsor Castle. On Tuesday, she conducted two virtual audiences to welcome the new ambassadors to Britain.

During the video, Queen Elizabeth was wearing a yellow dress, smiling and looking at her normal self during the meeting. Elizabeth is also the Queen of 15 other realms such as Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. She is set to celebrate 70 years on the throne next year and is known for her robust health and activity in carrying out public duties.
