My sister and I had been talking with another agent for a while about listing our parent’s home for sale but were not getting the quick results that we wanted. You did what I was beginning to think was the impossible – selling our townhouse. We had it on the market just a couple of months ago with another Realtor. It was up for 6 months and just wouldn’t sell. Our Realtor had every excuse in the book; the carpets aren’t new, you have kids, you have pets (2 dogs + 2 cats). Just a quick, informal note to say thank you, thank you, thank you for the awesome service we received in organizing the sale of our parents’ home at 12 Burin Court. I could never have imagined that the process could have gone so smoothly and efficiently.
