Just a quick, informal note to say thank you, thank you, thank you for the awesome service we received in organizing the sale of our parents’ home at 12 Burin Court. I could never have imagined that the process could have gone so smoothly and efficiently. From your first presentation, to the time you took to walk John through the presentation a second time, to the culmination of our efforts on Thursday, you showed not only a high level of professionalism, but also a degree of flexibility, honesty and empathy that is not always an anticipated part of the “package” for those who find themselves in a position of having to sell a property on behalf of family.
I know we picked the right realtor, not only because you get the job done, but also because I felt a tremendous amount of relief in these few days following the acceptance of Thursday night’s offer. I have not spent one moment second-guessing our decision or the process. The way forward seems much less daunting because you were able to facilitate such a smooth process in a short period of time.
I want to also thank your assistant, Sam, the office staff, and the staff at ReMax West who handled all bookings to show our home. Also a special thank you to your photographer, who took a great deal of time and care when he came to photograph our home. Throughout this process, I felt like we were dealing with family, but without any of the “family dynamics.” Kudos to each and every one.
Speaking of photographers, I would love to receive copies of the photos by e-mail, when it is convenient. We are looking forward to our closing date in June, when I can commence my new chapter in life.
