Thank you so much for sending Nadine our way.
It was a very sentimental decision to sell the condo that my Mother lived in the last years of her
life.
Nadine handled all our MANY questions like a pro.
She was bang on to recommend that we “do not renovate” the condo and sell it as is. No doubt
this decision alone saved us tremendous time and money to get the condo on the market.
We really respect her follow up and her attention to detail.
It appears as though the condo was sold to a first time home buyer, and that is exactly what we
were hoping for – someone who can now take the time to transform the condo into the gem that
it can really be to make it their special home.
Thank you again Nadine, it was a pleasure to meet you and work with you – we would do it
