I want to thank and recognize Connie and Dorothy for their amazing service and support with the sale of my home. I was all ready to downsize and start the next chapter in my life when Covid happened. I never would have imagined the number of showings at a normal time never mind a pandemic, a testament to your amazing marketing system.
From the first time meeting Connie to discuss the listing throughout the entire process she went above and beyond. When the handle of the door leading into the garage wouldn’t turn I purchased a new one and Connie stopped in that night and took the mechanism apart and fixed it. I was amazed and grateful as I returned the new handle set. She also arranged for a plumber to come and repair a couple minor issues identified in an inspection.
In a time like no other there were so many showings and two offers that did not go firm I was getting discouraged.
The day the third offer came in Connie was hospitalized and she somehow during a health crisis and just minutes to spare before the offer expired was able to contact Dorothy to act on her behalf.
Dorothy was amazing, she jumped right in and provided continued support when we sent the offer back and forth. She never missed a beat and kept in contact with me to update the status of the removal of conditions and helped me stay positive that the third deal would finalize.
I cant say enough about how grateful I am to her as this was an emotionally drawing experience but she was exceptional.
Connie and Dorothy are true professionals and I will never forget their support as I move on to my next chapter.
