    I wanted to thank you for working with me to sell my condominium. I appreciate you bringing facts when we discussed and aligned on strategy. This supported quick decision making to get my unit in front of serious buyers. It was good to discuss various options and the risks and benefit of each one so we able to align on the strategy. While we were not getting offers, you were generating viewings. On average we had 1 per day at at time when you said other agents were only getting a few per week. I appreciate that when we found the market was not going to support the original price and it would be significantly less that you offered to cancel our agreement. When we found that it continued to drop quickly you supported a price that I could accept by reducing your commission. This really showed to me that it was a partnership and you acted with integrity to help get a deal done. Thanks again. If I know of anyone selling in the future I would certainly recommend you.
