Just a quick note to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with Katia. We were tough sellers and she stayed in throughout the game: through several verbal and written offers, and a home inspection that was a terrible experience. Finally, the house sold without conditions and we were able to get our long closing, too. With a home that maintains seven people, there were a lot of moving parts to getting this done, and Katia remained patient and professional throughout the process. She was all-in and never wavered during negotiations for which she has our respect and gratitude.
As you may recall, we are the clients with the chickens, and if you want to come here to film your next ad, it would be our pleasure to have you come by. Our chickens are friendly and funny, and it’s about time you helped make people laugh during this terrible time!
