My husband and I just wanted to tell you what a pleasure it has been to work with Katia in
selling our home. She was very professional but personable at the same time. Which takes
skill when dealing with the public. When there was an issue with the inspector getting in to the
house she jumped and drove to the house picking up coffee along the way to get the people in
to the house and getting them warm.
She has a way of getting people to do things in a very pleasant manner and not making them
feel rushed, even when it is a rush.
We liked that she is familiar with construction and how houses are built.
She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of selling houses and the emotions attached to
selling a house.
She will always be our 'go to' person if we move back to Ontario.
She is a pleasure and a blessing to to work with!!
