I will preface this by noting that I generally do not work with Realtors, as I feel most Realtors do not add much value to a transaction.
I met Katia when she was showing me and my family one of your own brokerage’s listings. We spoke briefly regarding what my family and I were looking for and what we had in the works. Almost immediately, I started seeing the value Katia brought with her service. She was able to identify unique characteristics of listings that other Realtors would not (including information that was not publicly available), and also has connections she is able to leverage for the benefit of her clients.
Apart from the value add, she speaks her mind and is prompt in her responses. She is also not one to pressure or suggest her clients to pay more for properties than they would like to, which is otherwise a big problem these days with GTA Realtors. Lastly, her service did not stop when the agreement was signed. She was responsive to any queries even after the deal was made.
Overall, I would highly recommend Katia. In a city where Realtors are available in every corner, she stands above her peers and distinguishes herself well.
