It was the first time in my life dealing with Real Estate and I was totally clueless on what had to happen.
Also being disabled and going through covid didn’t make anything easier for anyone.
I must say I am very Thankful to you, Frank Leo for assigning Rose Giles to handle the selling of the condo as she was very patient, informative and was there for me whenever I needed her.
I can’t say enough about how friendly, knowledgeable and on top of everything Rose was, as we went along .
Rose constantly put my mind at ease when I was stressed with the process and my disabilities .
Now i have been extremely happy with the outcome and Rose’s professionalism & performance.
I think that Rose is an incredible asset to your firm and would very highly recomend her & Remax to friends and family if they wanted to sell or Buy, also I definitely would work with Rose again happily in the future for any real estate needs.
