I met Vicky when I visited a property listed by another FLA agent. On first meeting it was clear that Vicky was very professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. That house was not meant to be mine and I paused my search for a few months. When I decided to resume the search, I asked Vicky to take me to a series of quite different properties in the same rough price range. We visited a combination of recent renos and tear-downs and everything in between and in each instance, I had dozens of questions about repairs and changes: from moving laundry machines, to tearing down walls, to complete gutting. Vicky’s ability to demystify those potential projects, and make them into something exciting, really built my confidence as a buyer. After our first round of viewings, I decided to revise my criteria and we went to see a new range of homes. On a week that I had planned to “take off” from house hunting, I saw a listing that piqued my interest. I knew there would be a lot of buyer attention and wanted to see it as soon as possible. Vicky made it possible for us to see it that same afternoon. Indeed, that home was popular; the sellers took a strong offer on the first day of showings. The good news? The seller’s agent let Vicky know that the almost-identical attached house was coming up for sale by the same seller. Vicky worked closely with the seller’s agent and we put together a conditional offer which I felt ideally represented my interests. The sellers accepted!
I was *very* impressed with how Vicky handled every part of the offer process. In a market where buyers are regularly told to forego placing conditions on what might be the largest purchase of their lives, Vicky represented my interests seamlessly. I think that this was partly possible because Vicky was able to forge an immediately good relationship with the seller’s agent. I believe that Vicky commands respect from her colleagues – not only for her know-how, but for her warmth and evident integrity.
With closing still three months away, Vicky continues to be helpful and supportive and is always quick to reply when I have a question.
I will, with ZERO hesitation, recommend Vicky to my friends and family. On that note, my parents and my partner were all very happy with Vicky too.
