Breanne was referred to us by another agent some time ago. We were in the process of selling our home in Georgetown and moving from the countryside there to Toronto. A big change for us.
We were all set to give this business to a family friend, who has in the past, served us reasonably well. Breanne asked us to give her a chance to meet with her so she could show us what she could do. We are a couple in our late 50’s and had a feeling of trepidation at the thought of dealing with someone who seemed way younger than us. But she drove all the way to Georgetown one Sunday afternoon and brandished her portfolio like the conductor of the Royal Philharmonic orchestra. She really earned this transaction by doing her due diligence.
As we proceeded with staging and photography, she took care of the little details that mattered. She even made the effort to take a bottle of Windex and wiped down our backyard sliding door that our dog had messed up. She advised us on what to keep or what to take out as decor, to make this a sellable property.
From the appointment confirmations to the offer night, she stayed professional and kept us updated on a constant basis.
She was patient with us as we navigated through the kind of home we wanted to move into as well. Even though we weren’t quite sure of what we wanted, she got to know us well and brought us to the home we are now settled in.
As there were challenges with our closing, she stayed in touch and guided us. For this and many other things, we are grateful to have had her on our side through a very trying process of downsizing.
    Sincerely,
    Shamy & James.
