From beginning to end you were there for me, encouraging me and promptly answering my texts and answering my questions and/or concerns. You were great in getting the house ready for selling and you kept me apprised along the way. You even went out of your way to make sure I had enough boxes and wrapping paper. Everything went according to plan, hectic though it may have been.
We came in a little low on our first and only offer, but you did not push me to accept or reject. I accepted the offer of my own free will.
