Starting July 10th, The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) officially made Nova Scotia’s cliffs of fundy a Global Geopark in hopes of attracting more tourists and boosting their local economy. Cliff fundy has a variety of areas making it a special location to visit, providing geological and cultural aspects, according to news outlets.
