Toronto rent prices keep dropping this month, despite that rules around COVID-19 have been slowly lifted and we try to get back to normal. The July 2020 National Rent Report was just released and it explains how the median price for a one bedroom apartment in the city of Toronto is around $2063 per month.
With and median price $2,261 per month for both condo apartments purpose built rental apartments the city of Toronto still continues to be the most expensive city in Canada.
