    Paulo Steagall, a veterinarian and his team recently revealed a way to assess pain-induced behavior in felines. In comparison with dogs, cats have a different way to communicate their pain. 

    Scientists observed the felines when brought into the vet clinics to understand there different states of discomfort after procedures or during visits. Steagall and his team used the feline grimace scale and the golden standard tool to help with the assessment.
