    Ontario Reports 1,373 New COVID-19 Infections and 35 Deaths

    On Wednesday, Ontario reports 1,373 new cases of COVID-19 and 35 deaths, which is the highest number of deaths reported in a single day during the second wave of the pandemic.

    A total of 3,554 people have died from COVID-19 since January.

    Hot spots in the Greater Toronto Area continue to report most of the new cases.
