    Ontario Reports 4,492 New Cases of COVID-19 and 78 Deaths

    Over the last two days, Ontario reported 4,492 new cases of COVID-19.

    For the last fifteen days, the daily case count has topped 2,000, and for the first time since the beginning of the pandemic, it has soared above 2,500.

    Seventy-eight people have died over a two day period, which brings the total to 4,455 deaths.
