    Ontario Considers Mandatory COVID-19 Testing for All International Travellers

    The Ontario government considers requiring all international travellers that arrive at Toronto Pearson airport to get tested for COVID-19. 

    According to sources, Ontario’s chief medical officer of health, Dr. David Williams, is thinking of issuing a section 22 order to mandate testing for travellers who arrive from outside the country.

    As new variants of COVID-19 emerged in other countries, Premier Doug has repeatedly called on implementing mandatory testing at the airport.
