    Canada Signs Deal to Mass Produce Novavax COVID-19 Vaccine

    Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced that Canada signed an agreement for Novavax to produce a new COVID-19 vaccine in Canada. 

    A new National Research Council facility in Montreal will begin distributing Novavax doses if Health Canada approves it. 

    This COVID-19 vaccine would be the first vaccine produced domestically.
