Joel Embiid scored a clutch dagger three-pointer with only 0.8 seconds left in overtime to win game 3 of the first round of playoffs. The Raptors now have a hill to climb as they are down 3-0 in their series against the Philadelphia 76ers. Embiid finished the game with 33 points and 13 rebounds to help his team to a victory.

OG Anunoby finished with 26 points and Gary Trent Jr. scored a career playoff high of 24 points. At one point during the game the Raptors led by as many as 17 points but were unable to hold on to it. Precious Achiuwa scored 20 points by the end of the game, while Pascal Siakam and Fred VanVleet both had off nights.

In the first half the Raptors were shooting at 52,4 per cent and caused 15 turnovers for Philly. The third quarter is when the team started to fall behind as they were now shooting just 1-for-7 behind the arc. In that quarter, neither team led by more than three points in a hard fought battle.
