    3 Ontario Hotspots Shift to New Orange Tier

    The new tiered system overseeing pandemic restrictions goes into effect at midnight on Friday.

    Gyms and restaurants will be able to reopen in Peel, Ottawa, and York Regions, which will move to the new orange tier, the third-highest level under the new system.
