After 21 races, the top two racers in Formula One are even in points with only one race left in the season. The last race set in Abu Dhabi will have Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen competing for the championship title. A win for Hamilton would make his eighth championship, which would break his tie with F1 legend Michael Schumacher.

For Verstappen, this will be his first-ever title, a grand achievement as his father Jos, could never claim the title in his career. This is the first time since 1974 that the championship leaders have been level going into their final race. The first driver across the finish line will be crowned the champion.

The two racers have been neck and neck all season, racing one another past the limits of sanity on the track. Both drivers have wrecked each other twice this season. Red Bull accused Hamilton of making a “desperate move” and “dangerous driving” when a contact at Silverstone lead to Verstappen in the hospital for evaluation.
