Airlines are struggling due to coronavirus travel restrictions and are quickly losing valued customers, Canada’s biggest carrier, Air Canada, is relaunching its loyalty program on November 8.
The loyalty program will waive certain fees, share benefits between family members, and other perks starting this winter.
Air Canada’s chief executive, Calin Rovinescu, said the new loyalty program is “more important than ever as airlines compete to earn and retain customer loyalty in a rapidly changing environment.”
