    Amazon to add 2,500 new jobs in Ontario with new fulfillment centres

    On Wednesday, Amazon announced that it plans to open 2 new fulfillment centres in Ontario by next year, creating 2,500 new jobs. 

    Due to an increase in sales due to the coronavirus lockdowns, the e-commerce giant is on an expansion spree. 

    Amazon hired 175,000 people to keep up with the demand.
