    The coronavirus travel restrictions have cut off access to medicines and healthcare for many Americans that would travel to Canada and Mexico to get healthcare that they can’t afford in the U.S. In December, Stephanie Boland’s nine-year-old son was diagnosed with diabetes. They were one of the families that would travel to Canada to buy insulin at a much lower price compared to prices in the U.S. 

    Since the pandemic started, many families are left wondering when borders will reopen so that they can once again try to save some money on medicines that are vital for their health.
