    Apple Inc. has come out victorious in the court battle over 13 billion euro Irish tax bill. This is a blow to European Union Competition Commissioner Margrethe Vestager’s repression on fiscal help for companies.

    The decision was made on Wednesday by the EU’s court. Apple Chief Executive Officer Tim Cook’s explained the objection towards the decision he characterized as “political crap.”
