    Extensions come even though lobbying by U.S. members of Congress arrange a step by step reopening. The plan to restrain travel across the Canada-U.S. border will be prolonged into August, CBC News confirmed. 

    Government officials explain that the adjustment reducing border access to essential travel will be extended another 30 days. The arrangement was set to cease on July 21, but will now be renewed for a fourth time since its original closure on March 21.
