    After dropping the first two sets, Djokovic managed to rally back and with the quarterfinal match at Wimbledon. He took the victory over 10th-seeded Jannik Sinner of Italy on Tuesday. The results of the match were 5-7, 2-6, 6-3, 6-2, 6-2 at Centre Court. Djokovic earned his 11th semi final at Wimbledon and won his 26th consecutive victory at the grass-court tournament. 

    The victory says a lot about his history of overcoming adversity and his ability to adjust, to adapt and to correct himself. After the match Djokovic said “I always believed, … that I could turn the match around.”

    Among the men, only Roger Federer has made more semifinal appearances at Wimbledon with 13. During Wednesday, in all four singles quarterfinals, the player who lost the first set ended up winning the match.
