A hidden ocean has been discovered in our solar system by NASA. The spacecraft Dawn probe orbited the planet Ceres, which is a planet that sits in between Mars and Jupiter.
Dawn has helped scientists learn more about spots found in Ceres, which were made of sodium, oxygen, and carbon that most likely came from a liquid that had previously evaporated on the surface of Ceres.
On Monday, after no one knew where that liquid came from, they finally discovered that saltwater had come up from an underground reservoir about 25 miles deep.
