    Economy Increases by 1.2 Per Cent in August

    According to Statistics Canada, the economic growth slowed down in the month of August as the gross domestic products went up 1.2 per cent. 

    Overall, economic activity is still 5 per cent below the pre-pandemic level in the month of February.
