Connor McDavid and his Edmonton Oilers will be taking on Nathan MacKinnon and the Colorado Avalanche for the Western Conference finals. The Oilers won the Battle of Alberta against the Calgary Flames to make it to this point. McDavid was able to score the series winner in OT, stealing the hearts of many hockey fans across Canada who support Calgary.

The Avalanche are a very entertaining team that has scored the third-most goals in the league this season. They also have two of the best players to ever play the game. The series is set to start Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET in Denver.

McDavid has put on an all-star performance so far this playoffs. In just 12 post-season games, McDavid has 26 points which is more than halfway to the all-time record. Wayne Gretzky set the record at 47 points in a single playoff year which happened in 1985.
