    Starlink satellite, a new high-speed internet service provided by Elon Musk’s U.S. based SpaceX firm, was recently approved by the CRTC.

    The service is expensive, and some users are worried that it will ruin the night sky. 

    Vernon Kejick used the Starlink satellite service on the Pikangikum First Nation and said, “All I can say is it’s a lot faster than what I had before.”

    Although some users are happy with the service, users in rural and remote areas who have struggled with internet access will receive access until 2021.
