    Fair Pass TTC Reopens and Offers Discounts to New Applicants

    The city’s Fair Pass TTC discount far program reopens and is accepting applications. 

    Fair Pass offers discounts to low-income riders of up to 33 per cent on single rides and monthly passes loaded into a PRESTO card. 

    The program was placed on hold back in March so that its staff could help other departments responding to the pandemic.
