    According to new data from the region’s real estate board shows that if you were on the lookout for an apartment or condo in the Greater Toronto Area last year, that you might have an edge in negotiations.

    On Wednesday, two reports released by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board show that condos listed for rent or sale in the fourth quarter of 2020 were up by double and triple digits from the year before, while prices were down. 

    TRREB president Lisa Patel said, “The increase in supply…resulted in much more choice and bargaining power for buyers and a moderate decline in average selling prices.”
