    As COVID-19 case numbers decline, government regulations are lifted, and the number of people allowed to gather go from 10 to 100, it looks like life is finally getting back to normal in Ontario. 

    Premier Doug Ford disclosed the updated group gathering limits will start once Toronto is in stage 3 of the provincial government’s phased reopening plan. So don’t start planning any post-pandemic celebrations just yet. 

    Although 24 of Ontario’s 34 public health regions will start Stage 3 this Friday, July 17, Toronto is not one of them, alongside York, Peel, Durham Region, Niagara, Windsor-Essex, Haldimand-Norfolk, Halton, Hamilton or Lambton.
