Heat and thunderstorms are set to come back to the south part of Ontario by the end of the week, after getting a quick break. A frontal boundary could start severe thunderstorms across the south of Ontario on Thursday, with the possibility of tornadoes in the Niagara region where strong winds will be present.
The first round of thunderstorms is set to hit the southwest and the Greater Toronto Area during the early hours of the day. The storm will go through eastern Ontario by late evening and stay throughout the night.
