With the Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics around the corner, Hockey Canada revealed the jerseys its teams will wear next year. There are three versions of the Nike jerseys which were made public on Tuesday. They all feature a maple leaf as the centre crest and vary in colour.

The white version of the jersey has a red crest, red stripes on the arms and bottom, and red lettering on the back. The red sweater features a black maple leaf, black lettering, and stripes. The final black-on-black design includes a black crest outlined in red on a black base.

Canada has always made a presence in Olympic hockey with many medals to back it up. The women’s team won silver at the Pyeongchang Games in 2018 after a heartbreaking shootout loss. The men’s team claimed bronze during those Olympic Games in South Korea. The Beijing Olympics are set to start on February 4 and finish on the 20th. The Paralympics will then run from March 4-13..
