    According to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, November home sales in the GTA went up 24.3 per cent.

    In November, the board said that there were a total of 8,766 homes sold, a surge from the 7,054 homes sold in November 2019.

    The average home sale price was $955,615, which was higher than the average price of $843,307 last year.

    Board president Lisa Patel says those looking to buy single-family homes are taking advantage of very low borrowing costs.
