    Hospitals Brace for the Worst After the Holiday Season

    The first week of the new year marks the 43rd week of pandemic life in Canada.

    According to officials, it took two weeks to add 100,000 to the national tally as the nationwide COVID-19 case count surpasses the 600,000 mark. 

    Hospitals all over Canada are preparing for the worst as they begin to see the outcome of people not following protocols and breaking pandemic restrictions over the holiday season.
