    Justin Trudeau Asks Premiers to Set Stronger Measures

    Prime Minister Justin Trudeau offers federal funding to help provinces retrain those left without a job due to the pandemic. 

    Trudeau will provide additional money so that provinces spend that on skills training, on top of the $3.5 billion he previously announced. 

    He is also set to renew restrictions necessary to slow down the spread of COVID-19 and not be intimidated by shutting down the economic cost.
