The Los Angeles Superstar LeBron James was ejected last night from the game against Detroit Pistons after an on-court scuffle. The scuffle started because Lebron made contact with Pistons’ Isaiah Stewart in the face. This is the second time in James’ long career that he was ejected. The first time was in 2017 after comments he made to a referee.

The altercation on Sunday happened with 9:18 remaining in the third quarter and the Lakers were trailing 78-66 in Detroit. During a free-throw attempt, James swung his arm back to box out, striking Stewart in the face. The foul was followed by a very long game stoppage. Stewart was being held back by Detroit coaches and players as blood dripped down his face.

Stewart tried to confront James several times and was also ejected from the game. The Lakers eventually ended the game with a score of 121-116. Both players in the altercation did not speak to the media in the postgame interview.
