    As the Manitoba government continues the fight against COVID-19, they have signed a pay agreement that allows nurses to be moved to priority areas.

    The Manitoba Nurses Union’s agreement allows nurses to be diverted into intensive care units, personal care homes and designated COVID-19 units. 

    According to Health Minister Cameron Friesen, the new agreement will allow changes to locations, work assignments, and schedule shifts to help hospital patients’ changing needs.
