    The Ontario government announced that they will be establishing a new standard that would make sure that long-term care residents obtain an average of four hours of direct care every day.

    The Province will need to hire more personal support workers, and registered nurses in the coming years to help provide the care patients need.

    According to sources, the new long-term care plan will be released next month.
