    As Ottawa small business owners try to make ends meet during the pandemic, they feel that the timing and justification of Ontario’s Province-wide shutdowns are unfair to local business owners. 

    On Monday, Premier Doug Ford announced that The Province would be in a COVID-19 lockdown starting on December 2. 

    The new restrictions would limit businesses to curbside pickup or delivery options for 28 days in southern Ontario and 14 days in northern Ontario.
