    Since the beginning of the pandemic, more than 4000 people have died from COVID-19, as Ontario records more than 2000 new cases of COVID-19 for the second day in a row. 

    On Wednesday, Health Officials reported 2,139 new cases of COVID-19 and 43 deaths, which brings the total death toll to 4,035. 

    22 of the 43 deaths reported were residents of long-term care homes.
